Education and Career
Halpern graduated from Temple University in 1984 and graduated from Delaware Law School at Widener University in 1987. Upon completing law school, he spent one year clerking for the Honorable Michael R. Stiles of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Halpern began advocating for asbestos victims as an associate at a leading Philadelphia personal injury firm. He now has his own firm and continues his work for clients harmed by asbestos.
