Rachel Cipolat, ESQ.

Rachel Cipolat is an experienced Pennsylvania attorney with more than 15 years of experience handling complex legal matters. Her practice experience includes civil litigation, mental health law, guardianships, family law, estate matters, and appellate work.
Rachel has extensive courtroom experience, including conducting trials and hearings, taking and defending depositions, examining witnesses, drafting and arguing appellate briefs, and advocating for clients in a variety of legal proceedings. She also has a strong background in legal research, statutory and regulatory analysis, and developing effective case strategies.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law and holds degrees in Athletic Administration and Accounting from the University of Charleston, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In Rachels free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her dog.
