Nick Barata

Nick Barata is a Pennsylvania attorney whose legal experience spans labor and employment law, environmental law, administrative litigation, and federal adjudication. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of legal matters involving workers’ compensation claims, whistleblower retaliation cases, employment-based immigration issues, and regulatory compliance. Nick earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2022, and during law school, he served as Treasurer of the Environmental Law Society, worked as a Research Assistant, and represented his classmates as a Student Bar Association Honor Code Representative.
