Kelsey Weber, ESQ.

Kelsey Weber brings a strong background in civil litigation and a broad range of legal experience to the Halpern Law Firm. Her experience includes tort, trucking, construction, employment, civil rights, education, and workers’ compensation matters, as well as complex state and federal litigation.

Throughout her career, Kelsey has managed substantial caseloads, conducted legal research, prepared pleadings and motions, and participated in discovery, depositions, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation. Her experience handling complex litigation has strengthened her ability to approach each case with careful preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to advocating for her clients.

Kelsey earned her Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was a Dean’s List student, three-year merit scholarship recipient, Vice President of the Women’s Law Society, and Marshall-Brennan Fellow. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from West Chester University, along with an associate degree in American Studies, graduating magna cum laude.
