Julia McQuade, Esq

Julia is an Associate Attorney at the Halpern Law Firm with experience handling complex litigation matters, including personal injury, catastrophic loss, professional liability, construction, and transportation cases. Her practice includes managing cases through all stages of litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, preparing for trial, and representing clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
Julia earned her J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in English from Saint Joseph’s University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys running, gardening, and building her collection of matchbooks from Philadelphia restaurants.
