Our Human Resources Manager, Jordan Metzger, M.S., SHRM-CP, joined the Halpern Law Firm in June of 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she previously worked in property management. Jordan is an alumna of Kutztown University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and minors in entrepreneurship and case management, graduating a semester early with Summa Cum Laude. At graduation, Jordan delivered the commencement speech to the entire graduating class, family, and faculty. Following her undergraduate education,, Jordan continued her education at Villanova University for her Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a certificate in Organizational Development. Jordan has also obtained her SHRM-CP certification, demonstrating her knowledge and ability to perform operational HR functions for the firm.
At the Halpern Law Firm, Jordan manages the firm’s Human Resources department in addition to a multitude of administrative tasks such as office management, employee relations, payroll, and more. In Jordan’s leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her dog and partner, reading, and practicing yoga.
