Jocelyn Fowler

Jocelyn Fowler is the Marketing Coordinator at The Halpern Law Firm. A Communication Studies graduate from Kutztown University, where she also played Division II soccer, Jocelyn brings a strong background in healthcare marketing and nonprofit communications. She previously held internships with Lehigh Valley Health Network and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she created strategic content, conducted interviews, and engaged with community audiences.

At Halpern Law, Jocelyn supports the firm’s marketing efforts through blog writing, print advertising, social media content, and other outreach strategies. Her work helps raise awareness about mesothelioma and asbestos exposure while connecting individuals with the legal support they deserve. In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes and practicing yoga.
