Brennan D.M. Wortmann is committed to advocating for individuals and families affected by asbestos-related diseases. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, including employment, business, real estate, healthcare disputes, and asbestos-related claims, and has helped secure millions of dollars in recoveries for victims of mesothelioma and their loved ones. Brennan earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2019 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College in 2015.
While in law school, he represented an asylum seeker in Immigration Court and gained valuable experience through externships with federal and state courts and the Oregon Department of Justice’s Special Litigation Unit. Before joining the Halpern Law Firm, Brennan clerked for judges in both the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, where he assisted in resolving a wide variety of civil cases.Outside of work, Brennan enjoys running, swimming, volleyball, watching scary movies, and spending time with his Border Collie, Wilbur.
