Our Senior Paralegal, Robert (Bob) Webb, attended Beloit College and graduated with honors from the Attorney Assistant Certificate program at Sonoma State University. Bob founded Living Waters, a non-profit ministry serving inner-city children, and has assisted with children’s ministry at an orphanage in Manipur, India and at numerous refugee camps in and around Abuja, Nigeria. In addition to this, Bob has been a Meals on Wheels volunteer.

For the last 34 years, Bob has worked primarily on asbestos injury cases, providing case work-up, product liability investigation, trial preparation, and on-site trial support for asbestos cases. Bob has provided training for multiple attorneys and staff on asbestos medicine and liability. Throughout many cases, Bob has been the primary client relations contact and has traveled extensively to meet with clients and witnesses. Because of Bob’s extensive experience researching asbestos bankruptcy trust claims while being a primary contact with claims review personnel, he has negotiated and resolved countless disputed claims.

Bob shares that the most gratifying aspects of his career thus far have been the opportunities to build caring relationships with clients while helping them through very challenging circumstances. Bob enjoys working alongside our attorneys, who share a passion to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
