Amber Plemons

Amber is a dedicated paralegal with over a decade of experience providing legal and administrative support in fast-paced law office environments. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Rose State College and completed a Certificate in Paralegal Studies.
Her experience includes drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses; managing case files and deadlines; conducting client intakes; and assisting attorneys with trial preparation. Amber regularly serves as a point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses, helping guide cases from intake through resolution. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Amber plays a key role in maintaining efficient case management and supporting smooth legal operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors through activities like camping, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, tennis, and pickleball.
