Daniel Liberio’s journey in law began at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he strengthened his legal skills and graduated with a certificate in trial advocacy. While at law school, he also served as the treasurer of the Health Law Society, showcasing his dedication to healthcare law, a passion that would later shape his career.
In May 2023, Daniel graduated from law school. In July of the same year, he took the Pennsylvania Bar Exam. As a result of his hard work and efforts, Daniel passed the exam, earning a score that allows him to practice in any UBE (Uniform Bar Examination) jurisdiction.
Daniel’s journey continued with The Halpern Law Firm, where he started as a part-time law clerk in March 2023 and transitioned to a full-time role in August of the same year. Daniel’s previous work history is equally impressive. Daniel worked at the Bucks County DA’s Office while still in law school, conducting preliminary hearings before magisterial district judges. He also worked in the private defense sector, defending professionals with retaining their professional licensing in hearings before the Commonwealth Court and various disciplinary boards, such as the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and the Pennsylvania State Board of Education. Additionally, Daniel worked in legal research conducting epidemiological studies on various health-related statutes and executive orders affecting the availability of healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Beyond his legal achievements, Daniel attended West Virginia University, where he graduated summa cum laude in International Business Management with a minor in Law and Legal Studies. In addition, Daniel enjoys hobbies including cooking, drumming, and participating in various sports such as basketball, pickleball, golf, and snowboarding.
In conclusion, with Daniel’s educational background, professional experiences, and a well-rounded personal life, he exemplifies the kind of attorney who not only excels in the courtroom but also contributes to the community in diverse ways. As his career progresses, we can expect to see more impressive achievements and contributions from Daniel.
