Douglas Rudzinski, ESQ.

Douglas Rudzinski brings experience in litigation, legal research, and client advocacy to the Halpern Law Firm. His background includes case management, developing legal strategies, drafting pleadings and motions, reviewing medical records, taking depositions, and negotiating settlements. He also has experience in a corporate legal department, where he reviewed contracts and assisted with legal research and document preparation.

Douglas earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Penn State University, with minors in Global Security and Sociology. He received multiple Dean’s List honors during his undergraduate studies.

At the Halpern Law Firm, Douglas applies his litigation experience and attention to detail to advocating for individuals and families affected by mesothelioma and asbestos-related illnesses.
