Andrew Balcer, Esq.

Our Attorney, Andrew (Andy) Balcer, graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2008. During his time in school, he was an editor of the Saint Louis University Public Law Review. He also played Division One College Tennis at Saint Louis University during his time in his undergraduate program and later served as an assistant coach while attending law school.

Since 2009, Andy Balcer has been representing the victims of asbestos disease and their families throughout the United States, shepherding clients through the entire litigation process up to trial.

Andy was born and raised in Granite City, Illinois, home of US Steel’s Granite City Works. Andy is married with three beautiful children.
