Bailey Prebish, Esq.

Our attorney, Bailey Prebish, joins the Halpern Law Firm as an associate attorney, bringing experience in litigation, client advocacy, and legal research. A graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, Bailey has worked as a law clerk across several Pennsylvania law firms, where he assisted in complex matters including medical malpractice and civil litigation. His early career has been marked by a strong commitment to client service and a proactive approach to case development. Bailey is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
